– It was not a day to conduct any political agitation, I am sorry, but it was what it was – said Marta Almodovar, the organizer of breakfast before the 3rd May parade, on which Karol Nawrocki and his people appeared. Paweł Żuchowski and RMF FM spoke to Almodovar.
– It was loud, there was confusion, just specified usage of the charity event for a political rally," she added. What's important, Nawrocki was hoping to get off the stage. However, there was a deficiency of a microphone – and an authoritative announcement, as we have described here.
Nawrocks: I was the guy who focused all the attention
RMF FM writer besides asked Nawrocki himself to comment. – If the editor asks for honesty, then I must say that I am completely not hurt by the fact that I could not talk if the organizers made specified a decision with good intentions. I say so much, I have the circumstances to talk to Poles, that for me a minute or 40 seconds of speech, whether I will be greeted or not, is not the most crucial thing – said Nawrocki.
And he continued: – At this breakfast was the most crucial and this besides the editor certainly... – Scholarships for children – Żuchowski contributed.
– No, the editor surely noticed this, that erstwhile I came in, I was definitely the guy who focused all the attention – the candidate for the president replied.
Yes, it is. And that's what the organizers resented, due to the fact that they were just saying that they wanted to focus on scholarships for children, not on you – the writer confronted.
– It wasn't focus, it's the curiosity of the Polish people. It was not a negative focus, it is the curiosity of the Polish people what the future president of the Polish state would be like. But I think that it sounded even at breakfast – respect and gratitude for what the Institute of National Memory has been doing for Poland, for the Polish people abroad – stressed the president of the IPN.
