According to the “West Journal” before the territory Court in Katowice, on 7 March a judgement was passed on defamation of the Polish teacher Jolanta Lamprecht.
The court found a guilty blogger Martin Louis Rey, who “remote” Mrs. Jolanta as a profile admin “The Ukrainian is not my brother”. He fined him 80 regular units, setting a single regular rate of PLN 10 and a payment to Mrs Jolanta of PLN 2 thousand. The conviction is not final.
The operative part of the judgement reads: "The court (...) found the suspect Martin Rey guilty of being accused of being guilty on 21 March 2022 in an unestablished place by mass communication on the Facebook.com social portal as a user of Marcin Ludwik Rey to have asked Joanna Lamprecht for specified proceedings as could have humiliated her in the public opinion and put at hazard the failure of the trust she had needed for her teaching profession, so that he posted on Facebook.com an entry in which he indicated that Jolanta Lamprecht was most likely an activist of the prokremlian organization Change, as well as that Jolanta Lamprecht in the period from the end of January 2022, through publications posted on Facebook.com, on the kept profile "Ukrainian is not my brother", took part in the activity to prepare for the Russian invasion of Ukraine on 24 February 2022."
