Have you received a call yet? From 3 February to 30 April 2025 all over Poland military qualification. During this time About 230 000 people will receive calls to appear before the committee. This work applies not only to young menbut besides women with circumstantial qualifications, volunteers and elderlywho have not yet regulated their relation with military service. Who needs to be in the Army Qualification?

Obligation to participate military qualifications concerning:

• Men aged 20-24 (born in years 2001-2005) who do not yet have a circumstantial category of ability to serve.
• Personswhich in years 2023-2024 have been considered temporarily unfit to the service and whose incapacity expires before the end of the current qualification.
• Women born 1998-2006which have skills useful to the military or are trained in professions specified as:
  • Medicine and nursing,
  • Veterinary,
  • psychology,
  • IT,
  • radiology, laboratory diagnostics,
  • navigation,
  • translations and abroad languages,
  • rehabilitation.
• Volunteerswho have completed 18 years and reported their willingness to service in the military.
• Up to 60 years oldwho have not yet had a circumstantial category of service capacity and have an unregulated attitude towards the military.

Military Qualification: Duty, No Military Appointment

It is crucial to remember that military qualificationIt's not clear to the military.. This is Administrative procedurewhose intent is only identification of the ability to serve and Registration of personswho could possibly join the armed forces. Persons to receive Category AThey won't stay. automatically appointed to the army. However, they may be invited to voluntary essential military service, Territorial Defence Army or Active Reserve.

How does Military Qualification run? respective Steps of Procedure

Military qualification procedure consists of respective stages:

1. Identity check: The individual called before the committee must show ID and other required documents.
2. Introduction of data to military records: Based on the papers provided, a profile is created in the database Military Recruitment Center.
3. Medical and intellectual examination: Capacity assessment physical and mental for military service.
4. Designation of the category of military capacity.
5. Information on military capabilities: The Commission may supply volunteers with details of the professional service, voluntary essential military service or Territorial Defence Army.
6. Transfer to reserve: Upon completion of the procedure, the individual receives certificate of regulated relations with military service and is entered in Reserve records.

Categories of Military Service Capability: What chance do you have?

During the military qualification, the medical committee grants 1 four categories:

• Category A: Full capacity for military service, the anticipation of basic military service or appointment in the event of mobilization.
• Category B: Temporary incapacity for military service (for a period up to 24 months) followed by a reassessment.
• Category D: Permanent incapacity to service in the time of peace, but possible establishment in war conditions for certain auxiliary posts.
• Category E: Total and sustained incapacity for military service under all conditions.

Financial benefits for Called: Reimbursement of Costs and Compensation

Persons who must attend military qualification, have the right to financial compensationwhich includes:

• Recovery of travel expenses to the seat of the military commission.
• Compensation for a lost day's work – in 2025 is 143 gold per day, which is 1/30 gross minimum wage December of the erstwhile year.

Consequences of Failure to Qualify Military: Don't Ignore the Call!

Obligation to qualify is regulated legally. Calls shall be served at least seven days before the deadline, and ignoring them may lead to serious consequences:

• Police: Those who do not become without justification can be forced.
• Financial penalties.
• Administrative problems: The deficiency of a regulated attitude towards military service may consequence in difficulties in applying for employment in public administration or uniformed services.
