The Russian portal "Important Istorje" reported citing the origin in the Ministry of Defence that a decision had been made to change the tactics of aviation activities in the aggressive war in Ukraine. To date, Russian manned aircraft and helicopters have avoided entering the region of demolition of Ukrainian anti-aircraft defense, which is highly effective.
