Ukraine will shortly receive the first EUR 1.4 billion from the profits generated by Russia's frozen assets in the European Union. As announced by Head of EU diplomacy Kaja Kallas, a second tranche of €2.1 billion will be paid from the end of April. This is another EU step in Kiev's financial support.
