The Russian Federation is systematically attempting to manipulate and spread misinformation in order to gain influence in Latvia. The Russians thus want to inspire selected audience groups to revolt and protest against power. The Chinese, on the another hand, exploit their economical potential, building a position among those curious in travelling to your centre for business, educational or cultural purposes, as well as offering opportunities for cooperation in start-ups projects. Both strategies aim to keep contacts with the environments of different groups of influence in Latvia to push them at the right time.
