Polish leader 2050 Szymon Hołownia said on Saturday that he could enter the government. However, he placed the essential condition for Donald Tusk, who plans to reconstruct the Council of Ministers.
This condition is the situation in which all coalition leaders will be jointly and severally included. "Then we have a completely different efficiency of coalition processes" - he emphasized.
On Saturday, the Polish 2050 National Council was held in Warsaw, with the participation of the talker of the Sejm, leader of the Simon Holownia party. During the meeting, group leaders discussed plans and challenges for the next 2 and a half years, they besides made a "formal decision" about the completion of the 3rd Road project, or the Polish 2050 coalition with the PSL. This resolution was presented at the same day of the press conference.
During her run, Holownia answered the questions of journalists about his possible participation in the government, after the government reconstruction announced by Prime Minister Donald Tusk.
Simon Holovnia has already stated that he does not intend to include a position in the government, and that he has initially appointed a vice-president of his party, Minister of Funds and Regional Policy, Katarzyna Pełczyńska-Nałęcz, as a possible candidate for Deputy Prime Minister. During the Saturday conference, however, he outlined a script in which he could cover the portfolio of the Deputy Prime Minister.
"The only situation in which I can imagine specified a work is simple - the Coalition Unity Government, in which all coalition leaders enter the government jointly" - said Holovnia.
As he pointed out, specified a configuration of the Prime Minister's cabinet would mean that the government's bureau becomes a de facto body in charge of the coalition. "Then we have a completely different efficiency of coalition processes. Then, of course, I will not waive specified responsibility" - emphasized the talker of the Sejm.
Earlier on Saturday, the leader of PSL Władysław Kosiniak-Kamysz made a akin proposal. "I think that all leaders, as if they were in government, are much better. Then it is much easier to manage; there must be a feeling in all of us that we are playing for 1 goal, that the success of the government is the success of each of our political parties, alternatively than building only and only the success of the individual minister" - said Kosiniak-Kamish.
Last Tuesday, Holovnia reported that the PSL ultimate Council had decided to complete the 3rd Way project. He added that he accepted it "with understanding", as both formations agreed "to a series of 4 elections" and both met each other's obligations. The following day, the leader of the peoples Władysław Kosiniak-Kamysz announced that in the next election the PSL would run independently; he emphasized that the 3rd Road was an election project.(PAP)
