The election run was dominated by the subject of a studio flat in Gdańsk, which Karol Nawrocki bought from Jerzy Ż. The PiS candidate was sharply criticized by Sławomir Mentzen from Konfederacja. His posts, in turn, provoked a reaction from the talker of the Sejm, Szymon Hołownia.
