Spanish Marines with American-Italian transporter

[At the end of December 2022](https://defence24.pl/strong-armoured/Spanish-interested-new-transporter-for-your-marines) in the Spanish media there was information on plans for the Marine Corps to get 34 floating armored transporters 8x8 in various variants to replace the ageing 19 caterpillar AAV-7A1. The mark model would besides become the successor to 39 transporters of the Piranha III family. Interestingly, the only vehicle considered is the British-Italian ACV 8x8, developed in collaboration with Iveco and BAE Systems based on the Italian Iveco SuperAV, which hits the equipment of the local marine infantry. Currently, these vehicles are besides ordered by the American Marine Corps, replacing AAV-7.
