The National Defence Ministry proposes an increase in regular rates for most non-professional soldiers. 182 PLN per day of service is to be received by a private senior, 198 PLN – a platoon, and 246 PLN – a lieutenant. The rate will not change in the case of soldiers in degrees from Colonel to General. Changes in regulations concern soldiers active and passive reserve and territories.
This year's rise 5% already received professional soldiersand soldiers of voluntary essential military servicewhose rules warrant remuneration at the level provided for by the Serial Professional. Now it's time for unprofessional soldiers. These are the ones who service in territorial defence troops, as well as the active and passive reserve. The wages they receive shall be determined at the alleged regular rate for each day of service in the unit and dependent on their military degree. Currently, e.g. a private elder can number on 174 PLN, a platoon of 198 PLN, a Ensign of 216 PLN, and a Lieutenant of 235 PLN for each day of service.
Soon these rates will rise. The draft regulation prepared in the MON assumes a 5% increase in wages. According to the proposals for each day of service in the unit, the elder Private will receive PLN 182, plutonium PLN 207, Ensign PLN 227, and Lieutenant PLN 246. The corporal's "day" in turn will amount to PLN 202 (now PLN 193 ), the elder sergeant's PLN 213 (now PLN 203), and the elder staff officer's PLN 232 (now PLN 222). The stakes for colonels and generals will not change. The colonel will so proceed to receive PLN 331, Brigadier General PLN 389 and Major General PLN 451 per day.
– The proposed rates are intended to guarantee a appropriate relation between their tallness and the level of salaries of essential professional soldiers – the representatives of the MON admit. In the improvement of the fresh payroll network, the ministry besides took into account, inter alia, the deficiency of taxation and wellness contributions in case of soldiers' salaries Unprofessional.
The last increase in "days" was received by non-professional soldiers last year. The biggest increase in wages occurred in the serial corps, where rates increased from 16.8% to 19.9%. The enlisted officers received more by 10.3% to 19.7%, and in the case of officers the rise amounted to a maximum of 7.5%.
This is the 3rd year in a row erstwhile for each day spent in the military soldiers receive a fixed quota rate, dependent on their military degree. By the end of 2022, the amount of the regular allowance depended on the lowest wage of the professional soldier and the military degree held.
The territorials outside the daytimes besides receive the alleged combat readiness allowance. It benefits any TSW soldier who takes part in at least 2 days of training per period or performs another tasks specified by the military. The allowance is set at a minimum of 10% of the wage of professional soldiers and presently amounts to PLN 630.
The task is in interministerial arrangements.
