Brazilian president Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva has announced that he will personally urge Russian leader Vladimir Putin to travel to Istanbul and meet with Volodymyr Zelensky during direct Russian-Ukrainian talks scheduled for August 15 in Istanbul.
