Help. Financial support and more
In 2024, we supported families raising children with disabilities, as well as mothers who were pregnant and after giving birth, who were in a hard material situation.
Motherhood Protection Fund This year, he was helping 6 women. Women covered by the aid received support of up to PLN 2,000 before birth, and after childbirth, until the kid reaches the age of 1st, 12 tranches of PLN 300 each.
Sick kid Fund – we supported 85 children. Families raising children with disabilities or women with mediocre prenatal diagnosis received support of PLN 5 thousand, in tranches of PLN 500 each.
We besides helped in another ways – About 1000 people have received information from us about the assistance we supply as an Association. We besides provided information on specialist medical and intellectual assistance, as well as on various aid institutions specified as homes of a single parent or a window of life.
Education of children and adults
We educate children, young people, and adults so that the fact about the beauty and dignity of each person's life can be heard as much as possible.
Webinary EduLife – 7 webinars aimed at teachers, catechists, parents, household life advisers. We've trained over 3,000 people. During the webinars, we discussed the subjects of sexual education, puberty, abortion, unwanted pregnancies, abortion, or care for the elderly.
Pro-Life summertime Academy – in 2024 we organized 2 editions of the workshop: for beginners and participants of erstwhile Academy. We trained 38 people in total. The subjects of the Academy, presented in educational and workshop form, included abortion, contraception, sex identity disorders, challenges of modern medicine, sexual education and many others. We besides discussed issues from the contact between ethics and psychology, including those concerning the clause of conscience.
Pro-Life Clubs – monthly meetings around the encyclical Evangelium Vitae, in which respective to respective twelve people participated. Participants gained cognition and skills in biology, medicine, ethics and many others.
Besides We gave dozens of lectures on smaller and larger events of pro-life environments and more.
Competitions for children and adolescents
- We organized the 20th edition of the “Help save lives for the helpless”. We received over 1,300 entries from competitions.
- We conducted the 6th National Children's Plastic Competition “In the beginning there was love – my family”. More than 4,000 jobs were sent.
Distinctions of pro-life activists
- We awarded them the Servant of God Jerzy Ciesielski – Father of the household to Mr Piotr Wołochowicz (Foundation of the household Service Mission), appreciating his contribution and concern for contemporary families.
- We presented the “Friend of Life” award to Dr. Ewa Szyźń-Kuchapska (ginecologist, obstetrician) in designation of the professional approach to patients and care for the protection of all life.
- We have honored the “Silent Hero” award of the State of Margaret and Bogdan Dubanowicz in designation of their adoption and replacement care.
Publishing activities
We have prepared, printed and distributed respective 100 1000 flyers, including abortion, miscarriage and the beginning of human life.
We started the Polish-wide action “Abortion is not OK!’ Its goal is to realise (primarily young people) that abortion is simply a moral and social evil that kills an unborn man and ruins the life of his family.
We realized and published:
- 52 episodes of “Pro-Life Academy” on current problems in Poland and the planet regarding pro-life content.
- 52 episodes of task Life – published on television, radio and the Internet. Among the subjects discussed were: manipulation around the pill “day after”, decriminalization of abortion, limiting the clause of conscience, left-wing sexual revolution.
- 7 films for Life Protection Prayer Week; “The Maximum of Love” movie about the adoption and replacement family.
We wrote:
- Several twelve newsletters about pro-life content, which systematically went to over 3,000 people.
- Several twelve popular discipline articles, bioethical comments, comments on the current political situation.
- We have given hundreds of interviews to the press, radio and television; We ran a website, social media profiles, and YouTube.
Prayer in the intentions of protecting man's life from conception to natural death
- We proceed to animate spiritual facilities through the Crusade of Prayer in the defence of the Concepted Children. This year we refreshed the website and streamlined the process of joining the Crusade.
- We organized 44. Pilgrimage of Life Defenders to Jasna Góra – during this time we prayed for the benefactors and all those active in the works conducted by our Association and thanked for all saved human life.
- We've arranged a four. Week of Prayer for the Protection of Life (2-8 April), in which more than 30 1000 people from all over Poland joined. On this occasion we recorded 7 films, sent out commemorative pamphlets, and conducted a Facebook campaign.
- We recorded the Advent pro-life retreat, which was given by Fr. We have released 5 episodes that provided an chance for spiritual preparation for Christmas.
Care for Lost Children and Their Families
- We collaborated with the Sanctuary of Divine Mercy in Kraków Łagiewniki and the Pastoral Ministry of Families of Lost Children. The consequence of our joint actions were: 7th National Pilgrimage of Families of Lost Children, Diocese Day of Lost Children, a retreat for parents in mourning after the child's death.
- W We co-organized a collective ceremony of dead children.
- We helped parents organize individual burials of children dead before birth.
- We built 8 gravestones on the gravestones of the dead children of the collective.
- We have consulted the procedures for organizing the funerals of dead children.
Scientific activities
- We organized the National technological Conference on “Mama and Dad since conception! Prenatal Parenthood” (Włocławek, April 2024).
- We gave lectures for student discipline circles and postgraduate students.
- Thanks to your generosity and support, in 2024 we provided multifaceted assistance. The tasks that we have realized were guided by 1 conviction and the mission of our Association: only life has a future!
We protested.: with respect to any of the provisions of the Ministry of Health’s ‘aware, safe me’ programme, against plans to introduce alleged emergency contraception, against the liberalisation of the right to access abortion from psychiatric premises.
We objected. be aware of the day after pill campaign, which promoted the pill as a safe method of contraception.
