A 30-year-old citizen of Ukraine, pursued by 14 prosecutors from all over Poland, yet went to prison. Officers of the Criminal Division of the Provincial Police Department in Bydgoszcz detained a man who for 3 years effectively avoided justice. He was hiding on a farm close Unisław.
The many years' escape is over.
The man was wanted in connection with many allegations, including Membership of an organised criminal group. His arrest is simply a consequence of long-term police activity which led to the location of the suspect.
- "This is another example of effective cooperation between law enforcement agencies. Although the case was complicated, it was possible to stop” – comments KWP spokesperson in Bydgoszcz.
Why was he wanted by 14 prosecutors?
The 30-year-old is liable for a number of serious crimes that prosecuted various prosecutors in Poland. His criminal activity included, among others, participation in organized crime group, which indicates the degree of his engagement in illegal interests.

What happens to the suspect?
The man has already been turned over to the D.A., where he will hear the charges. Due to the number of investigations against him, the trial may be long-term and the consequences may be severe.
The investigation is inactive ongoing, and the police do not regulation out any further detentions connected to the case.
