Hawe and Exatel can be merged and Orlen Paczka can go to the Polish Post Office - specified plans for the construction of state operators were presented by Minister of State Assets Wojciech Balczun. In his opinion, a merger of telecommunications companies could make a national operator, as could consolidation in logistics.
