The United States is slow tired of acting as arbitrator of the future peace agreement between Russia and Ukraine. As announced by the Secretary of State Marco Rubio, Washington will in a fewer days quit attempts to bring peace between Russia and Ukraine if there are no signs that an agreement on this substance is to be reached.
