The president of the ultimate Court, Zbigniew Kapiński, said on Wednesday that the June ruling of the Constitutional Tribunal, questioning the necessity of the Prime Minister's countersignature with the effectiveness of presidential decisions concerning the appointment of certain positions in the ultimate Court, may contribute to putting the situation in order in the ultimate Court.
