The alleged Polish-Ukrainian Agreement is, above all, a gross violation of the Constitution of the Republic of Poland, in fact, an global agreement on unilateral obligations of the Polish side, which, in accordance with Article 89 of the Polish Basic Law, should be ratified by the Polish Parliament.
Giving a paper a different name does not alter its actual legal meaning and so for signing the agreement in question with Volodymyr Zelenski Prime Minister Donald Tusk it must surely face the Court of State for violating the Constitution. There is no uncertainty about it.
Polish liabilities and costs
In the paper itself, original In English, even without a Polish copy (or they sent the text from Washington besides late) there was, among others, standard support for Ukraine's membership of NATO (which would mean a full-size planet war) and the European Union (which would be an economical disaster for Poland). In addition, the signatories committed themselves, let us quote in full and in the original:
‘The Parties agree that the ongoing Russianaggression against Ukraine constitutions a fundamental context of this Agreement. The main goal is so to support Ukraine’s self-defence. In this respect the Parties aim to:
- further improvement political, military, security, defence and economical cooperation;
- cooperative on equipping and training Ukraine’s safety and defence forces;
- Contribute to improvement of Ukraine’s Future Forces;
- support Ukraine’s integration process with the Euro-Atlantic and European structures;
- closely cooperative in rebuilding Ukraine as a sovereign and democratic state;
- Work together to supply adequate support to Ukraine in the event of any future Russian aggression;
- support the court of a just and long-lasting peace and safety for Ukraine based on government of the Russian forces from the territory of Ukraine, accounting Ukraine’s territorial integration within the internationally recognized borders, as well as holding Russia, its leadership and acccomplices affordable for all crimes committed against Ukraine and its people[and]It’s okay. ”
Even those who don't know English can easy see key component of these records – there is nothing about any benefits for Poland and Poles. In the following points there are detailed commitments of the 3rd Republic to Ukraine, equal to the rising costs (of course, without the memory of the latter).
Warsaw Behind the Unreal Peace
It is besides a clear stand of Warsaw for an impossible room, for a position which is considered irrational not only in the West but from which cancer besides wants to withdraw... Kiev itself. Actually, What are the authorities of the III Republic going to do if Zelenski and the company decide to suspend their arms while maintaining the current state of possession of the territory, i.e. without demanding the withdrawal of Russians? It is not entirely impossible, it is clear that the faction is active in Washington, D.C., seeing in a fast area in Ukraine the only chance for re-election Joe Bidena. And then what will the signatory of this treaty, Prime Minister Tusk – announce that Biden and Zelenski are incorrect and go to liberate the Crimea himself?
I say I uncertainty what they said in my school days...
SBU, censorship and Legion Galizien
From the more interesting promises made on behalf of the Polish State, it should besides be noted that "The Parties intend to strengthen their cooperation in enhancing sustainability against information safety Threats, propaganda and another forms of FIMI [foreign information manipulation and interference]”, which in translation to human means an exacerbation of censorship and an even more virulent outburst of freedom of speech. The fact that immediately afterwards the cooperation of counterintelligences of both countries was briefly noted – the proposition of safe murderism is besides clear.
First of all, by the agreement of 8 July 2024 the 3rd Republic of Poland was obliged to proceed keeping Ukrainian displaced persons in Poland[ii]. In contrast to these detailed and unambiguous provisions, there is no clear commitment by Kiev to any favouring of Polish companies and economical initiatives in the post-war reconstruction of Ukraine. So it was officially confirmed that against the hopes of naive – We'll make money on investments in Dnieprem just like in Iraq. offsetI mean, not at all..
Polish army at the disposal of Kiev
And finally, an additional context, i.e. the already shouted fresh Legion Galizien, a volunteer ward formed from Ukrainians comfortably surviving in Poland under the pretext of hiding from the war. Contrary to the media comments, the arrangement contains only a very mild announcement... the encouragement with which the authorities of the 3rd Republic of Poland are to talk to Ukrainians in Poland to possibly consider joining Ukrainian armed forces. For comparison, much stronger (and more dangerous) are the announcements that the Ukrainian experience gained in the present war would be utilized in the modernization of the Polish Armed Forces. In a word – Kiev itself will reorganize the Polish army under its own demand.
Hospital in Kiev and UPA victims
The political issue is besides the minute of the agreement. erstwhile again, we learned that "this is not the time" at the request of Kiev any historical declarations in connection with the next anniversary of the Volynian Reich. That the Polish government cannot rise the question of resumption of the exhumation of Polish victims of flags, due to the fact that it was in Kiev that any infirmary was supposedly bombed. No offense, what relation do Polish graves have with what the Russians and Ukrainians are presently doing to each other?! This is their war, the Poles have nothing to do with it, and I, for example, I'd like to know where my grandfather's brother, the Partisan of the Peasants' Battalions, Major Stanislaw Basaj “Ryś”, is buried, brutally murdered by UPA in March 1945. Besides, Kiev and Moscow can shoot each other, but let the tadpoles confess where they buried the body of my uncle's grandfather, due to the fact that I want to go, put a candle in him and put a appropriate grave. These are 2 different matters, and let us not let ourselves be told that “there will come a time after [Kijów] victory.” This is how we Poles, including especially Kresowians, have been selling another decade, and it was no different erstwhile no bombs or rockets fell on Ukrainian cities.
Zelenski like Shuchewycz
Instead, the Prime Minister III of Poland and the president of Ukraine are divorcing a number of humanitarian powers of victims of the current conflict. Well, I saw the humanitarianism of the neo-banderers in Odessa with my own eyes, and I could odor their burnt victims from the Union House. In Donbasa, I saw mass graves of Russian-speaking civilians murdered by Azov. Yes, humanitarianism and the protection of war victims are very important. But Making deals with Zelenski in this case is like getting along with Hitler that he will send packages to Auschwitz to Khanuka. Zelenski is a genocidal killer, is the face of a criminal, genocide conflict, his administration stubbornly continues the war leading to the deaths of thousands of people and mass destruction, junta Kiev is liable for mass crimes against Russian-speaking people, for denying the rights of remaining historical cultural minorities (including regional majority) in Ukraine. And a grandson. grasnoarmist, Zelenski, tries to legitimize the state cult of Hitler's collaborators, Ukrainian Nazis and genocide killers from the signs Stepana Bandery, Roman Shuchewycz and Andrija Melnyka. Zelenski is their heir, heir and follower of those who broke the heads of Polish infants about the threshold of houses and dead bodies filled with fences. There are no humanitarian agreements with specified people, no agreements to defend victims. These possible victims must be protected by Zelenski and his criminal gang.
Shuchewycz Museum
Meanwhile, just before the next anniversary of Volynska Bloody Sunday, Kiev media cheered readers and viewers with the news that the Museum of Szuchewycz, the chieftain of the UPA, was deliberately destroyed by the Russians, will be re-established with large momentum, which will finance the Ukrainian state's budget (powered, among others, by Polish non-refundable financial aid), as well as generous donations from sponsors, including Ukrainian oligarchs of companies active besides on the Polish market, for example in the food and confectionery industry. In a word, for the commemoration of the victims of the Volyn massacre, Poles aid to honor her perpetrator and inspirer. Do we request a better summary not only of the attitude of the authorities of the 3rd Republic of Poland, but besides of the manipulative and foolish, but besides of the part trying to regain the knowing of the Polish society?
Domostawa like the Monument of Grunwald
The symbol of specified a slow but progressive and essential sobering is, of course, a monument in Domastawa. The Master’s Work Andrzej Pityński raises clear opposition, even depravity and hatred of all forces, which over the years have kept the Volynska Rzeza from being mentioned in Poland. Comparisons of this event have already been made for the unveiling of the Grunwald Monument in Krakow in 1910 and no, I do not think that this is an extension. And that monument arose in pains, in stages in hiding, was hidden and smuggled to yet stand in a place different from originally intended for it. This work did not happen at all “with hatred. They were born by the love of the deep Homeland, not only in its past greatness and present infirmity, but besides in its bright, strong futureIt’s okay. ” Is it not so with the monument in Domastawa, with this terrible sculpture communicative about genocide committed with peculiar cruelty on our fellow countrymen? This monument did not spawn hatred as slanderous critics claim. On the contrary, he is simply a kid of unspeakable pain and suffering, but besides of hope, hope for peace and lessons learned from history. The monument of Grunwaldzki stood in Krakow, on the land occupied by the invaders then, just as the 3rd Polish Republic is only an alien business over Poland in its historical life. But he stood to inform Poles about the historical enemy, against his false friendship, and to remind them that united we are able to smite our enemies effectively, despite the many differences that divide our nation. Today, in view of the threat of war, against the imposition of pseudo-soys on us and the lie of past – a monument in Domostawa is simply a bottom-up, sincere denial of hypocrisy and harm of the Treaty of Zelenski-Tusk.
However, in order to become a political fact, turning the symbol into an act of Polish national will – we inactive request quite a few our work.
Konrad Hand
[and] ‘The Parties recognise that the ongoing Russian aggression to Ukraine constitutes the essential context of this Agreement. The main nonsubjective is so to support the self-defense of Ukraine. In this respect, the Parties shall:
