In addition to professional APT groups, frequently supported or straight cooperating with governments and services, there are besides hackers who engage in cyberspace activities. An example of the war in Ukraine shows that their importance is as crucial in carrying out attacks on the enemy side as the hacker groups. How does their law treat them?
