Ukraine is taking another step towards universal defensive mobilization. The government officially approved the principles of the creation and functioning of National opposition Centres, whose task will be to prepare citizens to participate in the defence of the country. The fresh network of institutions is not only to teach, but besides to strengthen the spirit of patriotism.
