On Wednesday, around the south, Grzegorz Braun and respective people appeared in the infirmary in Oleśnica (Dolnośląskie province). The MEP and the presidential candidate wanted to make a civilian detention of Dr Gizela Jagielska. A gynecologist performs legal abortions.
Police showed up at the scene of the incident, and social media got footage from the hospital. The action by Grzegorz Braun echoed widely among politicians and MPs.

"No political force allowed! The mandate of the Euro MP does not give anyone the right to intimidate and aggression” wrote X Adrian Zandberg, organization candidate for President.
Meanwhile, the Levite candidate for head of state Magdalena Biejat commented: “Braun's assault at the infirmary in Oleśnica is pure violence – Left will do anything to defend patients, their families and staff from right-wing extremists.”
European Parliament MP Bartosz Arlukowicz wrote: “We realize at the run stage, where Grzegorz Braun is simply a citizen with a doctor. A gynecologist. Good thing I'm a pediatrician. These are the born ones, Mr. Braun does not take care of them."
In his next entry on the X portal, “Dr. Braun was ironic. National consultant on gynecology and obstetrics".
MP Alexander Kot wrote on the X portal that Grzegorz Braun “with anti-abortion radicals, he crossed another border today. An attack on a doctor performing his duties and paralyzing the work of a infirmary should never take place and should be severely punished."
Meanwhile, the Minister of Equality, Catherine Kotula, wrote: “Doctor Gizela Jagielska from the infirmary in Oleśnica not only acted in accordance with the law and discontinued her pregnancy based on the regulations in force for 30 years, but she repeatedly helped women who sought support and assistance in Polish hospitals, due to her hard situation. I hope that the appropriate services will halt the disgraceful attack by Grzegorz Braun and his militias who are trying to intimidate infirmary staff and patients‘.
MP Jolanta Niezgodka assessed that Grzegorz Braun's behaviour was “attack”. ‘It was an attack. Keeping a doctor against her will while working in the department of pregnancy pathology is not just lawlessness – it is simply a brutal crossing of all boundaries. Euro MP Braun and his extremist group entered the infirmary in Oleśnica like militants, violating the safety of patients and staff. This is not a “citizen intervention”, it is simply a real threat to wellness and life – both hospitalized and those who care for them. Doctors must be protected, not intimidated," she wrote on page X.
Mr Trela called Grzegorz Braun "an erratic madman". "The parliamentary legitimation is not a pass to terrorize people. Grzegorz Braun is an erratic lunatic who should be dealt with by the prosecution!‘.
