The WB Group one more time supported the Invictus Veteranus Foundation in the organisation of the 5th Invictus Run. It is an yearly event held in memory of the fallen soldiers and to aid veterans and their families.

Charitative V Run Invictus was held on 16 December in a stationary expression at the airport of the Aeroclub Gliwice. From 11 to 16 December, however, all those willing in the virtual expression could support a worthy goal from anywhere in the world. People of all ages, including children, could participate in the race.

Nearly a 4th of a 1000 participants attended the event, which was not overcome by capricious weather. In an different but health-promoting manner they decided to celebrate December 21, which since 2015 is the Day of Memory of the Deceased and the Dead in Missions and Military Operations outside the State Borders.

WB Group engages in helping veterans and their families, a good example of which is Invictus Run support from the beginning its existence. It has been 5 years since runners with a distinctive logo on shirts moved through the starting line, then located on the premises of the Gliwice barracks.

It is worth remembering that veteran support is simply a subject close to many employees. Some, during their service in the Armed Forces of Poland, took part in missions abroad. Others, as civilians, supported the Polish Army as servicemen and side by side with soldiers put themselves in danger.

Participants of the Invictus run could walk or run any distance, but not little than a 1000 metres. They chose their own place and time. The proof of participation in the run in the virtual expression was sending proof in the form of a photograph or screenshot from the device measuring the route. The reward for finishing the run was the Invictus Package, which included a commemorative T-shirt and medal.
