British defence Minister John Healey announced the conclusion of a fresh anti-aircraft ammunition transportation agreement for Ukraine. The Ramstein Group's decision was made after the U.S. president Donald Trump's ultimatum of 14 July. Trump threatened to introduce 100% tariffs against Russia if no agreement on the war in Ukraine was reached within 50 days.
The head of the British Ministry of Defence did not disclose details of the fresh agreement on his X channel. According to reports from the British paper "Telegraph", the agreement concerns the approval of Germany and the UK to acquisition more anti-aircraft missiles for EUR 170 million from the German budget.
