Greece is considering large purchases in the USA

The portal [Pentapostagma](https://www.pentapostagma.gr/ethnika-themata/appa-systimata/7336707_amerikaniko-pyrobolo-poy-endiaferetai-na-akoktisei-dorean) reports that the Greek government was to launch an evaluation to find what military equipment in US resources could be purchased under the EDA (Excess defence Articles) procedure. We're talking about a very broad spectrum of equipment that could be purchased from surpluses mostly from the US Army. The equipment would be purchased for the needs of the Greek land troops.
