"I Have Talent" to the banner propaganda? unusual cases of TVN stations

The performances of Ukrainian TVN "I have Talent" programme participants are accompanied, at least sometimes, by the display of red-black colours, characteristic of the environments promoting the bloody national chauvinism there, commonly called flagism. Coincidence? Maybe, but not necessarily.

Perhaps no 1 has informed teenage participants of TVN about – speaking most attentively – the inappropriateness of Ukrainian presentation of uniform, red-black styling in our country. However, it is the colour of the criminal organization OUN-UPA, liable for the cruel killing of many tens of thousands of Poles in Volyn and east Małopolska, during planet War II. Bander colours and flags are exhibited by nationalists at various kinds of demonstrations and celebrations.

He does this, though – let us admit, unspeakably and rather cautiously – besides advertised as Polish-Ukrainian, popular in Poland Enej's band. As 1 of the netizens pointed out, besides in the erstwhile edition of the program “Mam Talent” a 14-year-old ballerina, whose performance was accompanied by a musical background in the form of a Ukrainian song, wore a red-black costume. At the beginning of the presentation, it was obscured by an authoritative state flag, thrown after a minute by a dancer... on the floor.

At 1 time, besides at TVN station, the celebrity Jakub Wojewódzki and author Andrzej Stasiuk liked to advertise a bander shirt with a view of burning buildings. At the same time, they showed a circumstantial knowing towards Polish viewers. The motif on the t-shirt represented the Russian city, not, for example, the Volyn village.
