4.02.2025, The delegation of the Gliwice Polish paper Club had the honour to participate in its club's unique jubilee – celebration of 80th birthday and 55 years of creative work by Jan Strzawała, Vice president of the Management Board of the Association of Polish Writers. It is simply a figure that has importantly contributed to the scenery of Polish poetry, while at the same time providing a model of commitment to social life. In 2021 he was awarded the Knight's Cross of the Order of Polonia Restituta for outstanding achievements in literary and artistic work and for promoting Polish literature and culture in the world.
The Jubilee was an artistic musical performance that revealed the spirituality of the Jubilee, full of love for all creature, beauty and truth.
