Many commentators, observing the fast distribution of the Polish state before our eyes, view our political life and the strategy of power as a domain of 2 sides of the Solidarity movement.
In this communicative resulting from disappointment, sometimes from bitterness, sometimes from nostalgia or from reasoning out of anger, 1 frequently forgets who was manager of the circular table and what 2 sides sat by it; and it was the site of the erstwhile camp of power and solidarity. But it's not the only deficiency of specified a description of reality. Its authors, as it were, automatically identify power in the Western planet today, and thus in Poland they identify with parliament and government. This is accompanied by a recurring surprise that although the power so understood after the subsequent elections has changed, the fundamental policies are the same.
At the same time, much is written about the alleged deep country, but outside “Old Kiev” Stanisław Michalkiewicz, it is uncommon to usage this term, or its equivalent in relation to Poland. Does this mean that there is no deep state in Poland, or is it better hidden? Or is it not in the interest of the State or in the interests of another countries? specified considerations can always be disposed of with accusations of "conspiracy theories", of seeking out the activities of beds, Jews and secret societies everywhere. Continuing disappointments after the subsequent elections, the impression of equally repetitive diverging activities of state and parliament authorities with expectations of the majority of patriotic electorate, however, should at least lead to the suspicion that the alleged governments of "solidar Movements" divided from 2005 into 2 fighting tribes, are mostly an attraction that is to occupy minds and manage emotions not only of the masses but besides of commentators of Polish political life. The interest in peregrinations of figures specified as Mr. Wąsik and Kamiński are a tragic example of this. It must be remembered that most “solidarities” are already retired, and many valuable people surely fall over in their graves erstwhile they hear that they are connected to people like Sławomir Nitras or Isabella Leschina.
Banks
Looking from the position of a erstwhile associate in the Solidarity movement, I have the impression that it is the side of the power at the time, although by socialist name, it already understood the planet better and it was the capitalist one. Reserving for herself in Magdalena the banks, she showed her intellectual superiority over the solidarity side, whose then reasoning about the economy was dominated by views of Janusz Korwin Mikkego (JKM) or Mirosław Dzielski – I went to his lectures to the Dominicans in Cracow – what crowds, and everything was simple and logical, like in JKM puzzles. In the second half of 1980, the local government was mostly forgotten and lectures were not given. And the banks truly stayed with the people of old power and old service. The only alternate was the SKOKi, and it was for the announcement of their creation at the circular table with specified outrage that 1 of the politicians of the future fresh “left” elite was to hold the highest state office.
Media
After the banks came the next pillar of real power, which in real capitalism of the present time is the media. In this context, the past of Krakow Time is highly symptomatic – a paper created by journalists of the erstwhile solidarity underground. She sold well, but advertising and tiny advertisements (who remembers these beautiful texts in the old newspapers) only gave to tiny and medium-sized entrepreneurs and individuals. At that time banks and abroad corporations bought out full newspapers and Time after a fewer years of fighting had to vanish from the market. It was besides not possible to make crucial solidarity tv stations – the destiny of TVN's Wisła tv is significant. There began a career one, unless the only decent writer of today's mainstream – Bogdan Rymanowski. As a result, 2 major TVN and Polsat tv stations connected with the erstwhile services dominated the tv market, and Gazeta Wyborcza, the Springer fact, post-communist Politics and Wprost, and then Newsweek divided the nationwide paper press marketplace among themselves. The local press was taken over by German publishers. It was not the “solidarists” who guided them and decided what the Polish public was living.
It was the media that decided mostly about the tabloidization of Polish consciousness, about the schmiazny and the collapse of civilization, they were the ones who offered civilian sentences of death and political popularity. The 2 biggest scandals in the past of the 3rd Republic of Poland were the disappearance of more than 500 companies managed by the National Investment Funds (for carrying out this operation, the managers collected about half a billion zlotys, citizens received respective dozen) and the creation of OFE practically did not be in Polish consciousness, and any Poles inactive live in the belief that minister Rostowski was saving the budget, but in part on the occasion and retirement "take their money away". The dominance of the same forces takes place in net media, although Onet was created by Roman Kluska. His destiny besides shows that specified bottom-up successes bothered someone. The only breach in the media monolith was sometimes public media. Unfortunately, the last compromising regulation of 1 of the Kurski brothers completely clouded their superiorities, or even the valuable activity of TVP Culture and TVP History. The power of Catholic media was besides not comparable to private giants.
Services
The 3rd pillar of a deep state alongside banks and the media is widely understood secret services. Here too, the "solid-moving" have never been able to take over them in a decisive way. In December 2022 a comprehensive study entitled “Polish School of Spy” was published in the weekly “Review”. This was a Jubilee article, since 50 years have passed since the school was founded. It reads: “The first year of Kiejkut gave the 3rd of Poland the staff of key officers. The yearbook comes from the head of the UOP, chief and deputy chief of intelligence for Operations, respective faculty heads, and chief of the Intelligence Personnel Training Centre.” In the same material, Gromosław Czepciński, quoted postgraduate and first year of the school, recalls 1990: “The leadership of the Ministry of the Interior and UOP wanted the school to emergence again. CIA and MI6 officers were invited to look at the center and the curriculum and say what needs to be improved, what needs to be done to make the school meet Western conditions. And both of the servants watched, each of the 3 months, and their conclusions were identical; do not contact anything, do not change anything, leave it as it is."
We read: “As the Americans responded to questions about Department I (intelligence – O.S.) – leave it as it is.” Bartłomiej Sienkiewicz besides held an crucial function in the UOP. Even more shocking in the context of the service is the underestimated book by the American writer in the Polish political nation John Pomfret “Greetings from WarsawIt’s okay. ” Her most crucial and convincingly documented thesis is that it was post-communist services that were the force that was the most insistent on unconditional surrender of Poland to the Americans. This is well summed up by the following passage: “The first prime minister of free Poland, Tadeusz Mazowiecki, imagined a mini alliance of the countries of central Europe. another intellectuals considered Poland's possible of taking the 3rd road, somewhere between Russia and the United States. Meanwhile, the members of the Board of Intelligence were Communists: Czempiński, Jasik and Derlatka, who believed that the only way was to have an alliance with the United States through NATO membership (...) They were devoid of greater illusions by the pragmatics trained in force politics."
Another fact cited by the American: aiding in aggression against Iraq, kidnapping 1 of the Serbian commanders, betraying existing partners worldwide for the benefit of the Americans, shameful consent to CIA execution in Kiejkuty in exchange for dollars' suitcases, or yet joining NATO on condition of apotheosis Ryszard Kukliński, this is 1 line showing how much people of erstwhile communist services were deprived not only of the thought that Poland could be a sovereign country, but besides of the dispossessed of the national pride and political realism. The CIA besides exerted constant force on Polish authorities not to harm erstwhile service officers, most likely appreciating the fact that their communist past is the best warrant of submission to fresh masters. In this context, it is worth recalling that the only Members who opposed Poland's accession to NATO were not MPs of the post-communist left, but deputies associated with Catholic-national orientation with Jan Łopuszinski at the head. The second besides took a position in relation to the war in Ukraine in an interview given late to Radio Wnet in accordance with the Polish national interest.
Justice
Apart from banks, media and services, there is inactive a fourth, frequently underestimated, but textbook component of power – the justice system. In this area, 1 must always remind us of the essence of what happened, or alternatively not, the words of the first president of the ultimate Court of the 3rd Republic of Poland Adam Strzembosz, according to which "the judge's environment will purify itself". As a result, 1 (in words; one) individual was removed from the profession. And dynasties and families of Polish judges, lawyers and prosecutors frequently have long pedigrees dating back to the 1950s. However, there are almost 10 1000 judges in Poland, and their position is frequently much stronger than the 460 struggling in the fight for further word of MPs and ministers.
Managers, people of science, executives
Witold Kieżun in his fundamental work “Patology of Transformation” showed that during the disastrous activity of Leszek Balcerowicz many, if not most Polish experts and scholars of economists, criticized the way Balcerowicz destroyed the Polish economy and the Polish society. However, the media, which financed the banks and the national assets, the layer of managers supported the party's adjunct, and as in fresh times "pandemics", everyone who opposed and called the king naked, and the catastrophe did not delight, had a pin-on description of shura and anno foil maker 1990. He devoted much space to his work in this context Prof. Krystyna Daszkiewicz, which showed the tremendous demoralization of the governing layers that occurred in the era Edward Game. It was at that time that millions more members of the PPR arrived in proportion to the fall of their belief in socialism, and the main motive was the possible of promotion and trips to the West. This is the characteristic of the post-Hungarian elite: “It was a classical example of the functioning of the pathology of negative organizational fiction by only formal acceptance of communist ideology, treated as a means of individual life career, material success.”
Even more dramatically assessed those times the president of the Polish Academy of Sciences, MP for the Polish Parliament, Prof. Janusz Groszkowski, summing them up at the session of the General Assembly of the Polish Academy of Sciences on 23 October 1980, as follows: “There is simply a spread of plagiarism among the staff of science. There has been a dangerous devaluation of degrees and technological titles, due to the mass broadcasting of them to people with no ethical or professional qualifications. (...) On the 1 hand, there are more and more cases of the support of professors and professors, acting in the authorities of the discipline of fraudsters and powerful criminals, on the another hand, of the repression of scientists trying to counter abuse. Members of the Polish Academy of Sciences, and especially its Bureau, are well known for any examples of this.”
He continued with a uncommon humility at the time: “I am disgusted by the most bleak period of my life. When, in 1975, reasoning that I could service Poland and its science, I was persuaded to take the position of president of the National Committee on Unity of Nation and Deputy president of the State Council.” I remember erstwhile I was a student and activist of the rising NZS, and so from the other side of the barricade, I was impressed by the moral integrity of this speech. At the time, we attached his text to the university paper NZS at the Mechanical Energy Department of the Silesian University of Technology. Old professors just nodded. It was then that the well-known experts and professors of medicine began their careers, and their transformation from young members of the PZPR into zealous performers of recommendations large Farmy was judging by what we witnessed during the alleged pandemic we were likewise extremist and deprived of moral dilemmas as the behaviour of PRL service officers towards the fresh hegemon.
I had to deal with the erstwhile officers of the service erstwhile we tried to save Polish trade in 1990, and they acted as agents of large commercial networks receiving immense sums of money to “atone the favours of local officials”, while during the blockade on Mount St.Anna pacifying defenders of Polish nature and Polish railway bodyguards hired by German Strabag and Portuguese Mota wore Zomov helmets. I remember contacts with officials of the ministries of that time – The absolute submission to free marketplace dogmas, subservience to western corporations and contempt for their own fellow citizens everywhere struck. The media, the D.A., and even the officers of the Central Bureau of Investigation, who erstwhile invited me to a conversation due to the fact that they couldn't be amazed that I bothered them and I have something against the dominance of Krakow's trade by Western hypermarket networks.
And “solidarists” flung small or nothing in this reality, knowing nothing of it.. What was the contribution of intellectual comfort in accordance with the rule that it is hard to realize something if our incomes depend on misunderstanding of this thing, going to the best advantage, specified as briefings for locusts or a sonetur in the supervisory boards of OFE for barons of the “Independent Local Professional Union”, it is hard to measure. However, there is no uncertainty to me that if I had the ambition to regulation Poland after 1989 and could choose between banks, services, media and justice with 1 thing and political exclamation in parliament or even a temporary position in government on the another hand, I would choose the former, the second would come as the function of the former. I could embarrass any and advance others, finance the polite and bring to ruin the troublesome, give advertising to them and boycott them, advance hatred of country X and love of country Y. Finally, there are unknown perpetrators whose actions since the death of the priests Popiełuszko, Sunday, Suchovolca, Zycha, besides inquisitive employees of NIK Michael Falzmann and Anatola Avalina and many others have never been detected or even decently publicized, for who supposedly had the tools and the desire to publicize these crimes, as Bertold Brecht wrote, “no 1 asks, everyone guesses”.
The failure of “solidarities” in addition to controlling politics and masses of a deep state has besides been influenced by the submission of superficial emotions, russophobia and associated with it rooted in Polish minds, and now skillfully fueled psychomoral quilts specified as: “as not America, Lords, it will come in”, “thinking” according to the rule of “buying my lordsIt’s okay. ” Among the political illusions, the top was not to see that overseas love does not have reciprocity at all, but treats them patronizingly, and over time it simply despises and even wave national flags and the superficial religiousness of the electorate considers it a problem or a sign of fanaticism. This diagnosis of the PiS environment and millions of Poles supporting it is shared by the already-infatuated communist spies American journalist.
From the point of view of both overseas imperialists and believers of degenerative ideologies, the more convenient tool to meet their goals are the converted officers of the communist service, the companions of the rags, the idiotic readers of the "Gazeta Wyborcza" and their progenitors than the "solidarists", shouting out of the commune and wanting to fight the red riffle erstwhile with a sickle, although this has long since changed its colours and objectives. In their embarrassing calls, however, there is the component of moral rebellion, the indignity of the increasingly nightmare reality which must be defined present not in terms of the "fight with the commune", but alternatively of the Apocalypse or the plainr one: James Bond struggling to take over the planet of dangerous psychopaths.
In fact, it is this post-solidarity, but much more written than the peowski people who have been voting for "minor evils" for years that should be the same as the remains of the old "comuchs" the subject of political procedures of any movement for the reasonable defence of freedom, truth, reasonable conservatism and simple sense of decency. In 1980, this people were led astray by “advisers” and post-Stalinian forces behind them. Their representatives according to the prescription Jack Kuronia Seeing that as he said they were dealing with a rushing steed of society, they knew that even at the price of fraternizing with a despised people, they had to jump on his back, and then slow turn to the right track.
The national “komuchs” did not succeed, and the “endokomun” inactive repents as a closing discussion epithet. The then authorities besides ensured that in a smooth transition to a fresh reality they would not disturb her as they said to the “hardhead” or besides attached to the outdated ideals of “komuch.” First, there were no specified activists as Albin Siwak, and then through successive cleansings, mergers and recuperations, the "komuchs" were sown, so that the "levice" could in alliance with large capital change red to rainbow, and people working on perfectly soft-headed sexual changers. And like many dead participants in the First Solidarity, this time the old "komuchs" would surely not admit to specified a "left".
The current installment of the Polish political theatre is not a triumph of 1 faction of "solidar Movements" over the other, nor a return of "Komuchs" that we remember from after 1956. It was besides much of any patriotism lurked, deep anti-Polish state that considered that the society developed over 3 decades mature, and it could appear from the shadows and integrate into what seems to be a worldwide trend. They believed that thanks to the fresh technology-based methods of mass indoctrination and terror, this time it will be possible to "move the world's lump from its positions." And since kind is people, fanatical zeal in imposing absurdities and totalitarian momentum of revolutionary actions should not surprise.
However, there is simply a fundamental difference with respect to the Stalinist times, namely that the nation in their view turned out to be incurably dark and ungrateful, and in addition to which it multiplied excessively, so the dream must be abandoned and vice versa as declared in 1950 Adam Ważyk "Bring the people out of downtown."
