The CEO himself is besides tense due to the fact that the D.A. is investigating his improvement businesses. It is “the affair of 2 towers”, that is, an effort to build a skyscraper in the capital of the company Silver, informally controlled by Kaczyński. In preparing the investment, Kaczyński relied on his cousin’s husband, Austrian developer Gerald Birgfellner. It was Birgfellner who reported to the prosecutor's office, claiming that he was cheated on the cash registry by Kaczyński.
