"Who with Jark Simon eats, it goes down quickly" – that's how a short poem sounds in the form of a rhyme that appeared on Roman Giertych's profile on X. Of course, it is the talker of the Sejm of Simon Holovnia and president of the Law and Justice of Jarosław Kaczyński. It is besides an apparent allusion to the last storm, which was caused by the Polish leader 2050.

In the beginning of July there was a amazing gathering in the Warsaw Mokotów. As Radio Zet then determined, Szymon Hołownia visited at night in the private flat of Euro MP Adam Bielan. Jarosław Kaczyński besides participated in the meeting.
"The increase and excitement associated with my gathering yesterday is neither justified nor indicated" – this is how the talker of the Sejm commented hotly on X. A fewer days later, he told the public what was there to eat (Italian cuisine and wine reigned).
As Onet determined, Hołownia was to negociate with Kaczyński the overthrow of the Tusk government, to lead the "technical government" and, as a minimum, to extend his word as talker of the Sejm. The leader of Poland 2050 recognized, he sees nothing incorrect with specified a meeting. He besides informed that there were more of them, but admitted that the choice of Bielan's flat was a mistake.
"I'll tell you about the real coup."
On Tuesday, July 29, Giertych published a commentary after another political storm which was caused by Holowna's words. The Marshal of the Sejm said that he was suggested to prevent the swearing-in of president Elek Karol Nawrocki, which he called "the coup d'état".
– I would like to tell you about the coup that has already taken place and, in fact, with your engagement in the annex," he stated in a published video by Mr KO. In his opinion, the coup was conducted by Jarosław Kaczyński and Andrzej Duda years ago.
– Since they did not get the majority essential to change the constitution, they decided to change the constitution through resolutions and laws [...]. First, this was done by recalling the decently elected judges of the Constitutional Court," said the lawyer and added that "it was done to destruct the guardian of the constitution who would defender power."
"The attack on the Court opened the way to legislative changes which introduced the unconstitutional composition of the National Judicial Council, unconstitutional in a clear way, Marshal. The rule of selection of judges was besides introduced through nominations (to the alleged neo-KRS – ed.), ultimate Court judges, as well as general judges. [...] Today, most of this ultimate Court, which is the guardian of Polish law, has been cast in a way contrary to the constitution. This, Marshal, is the assassination," said Gierty.
