Gierty wants an investigation into Duda. "With the failure of immunity"

Member of the civilian Coalition Roman Gierty called on the national prosecutor to initiate an investigation into erstwhile president Andrzej Duda. The politician explained that it was a refusal to accept an oath from decently elected judges of the Constitutional Court.
