Our draft law on the protection of minors from pornographic content on the net introduces an effective inducement mechanics on entities providing pornographic content to verify the age of those who enter it. In this way, we can build a wall between harmful content and the sight of children.
In order to collect the required 100,000 signatures, it is essential to affect thousands of Poles who realize and see pornography destroying young people and wanting to engage in the fight against this drug of the 21st century.
With respect to the statutory requirements for the safety of individual data, we must exercise all care to guarantee that signatures are collected with respect to them – otherwise our full initiative can be challenged.
So what do we do?

4. The Marshal shall issue a decision to registry the Committee within 14 days.
5. Within 3 months, the committee must collect 100,000 signatures of support for the project.
6. If this succeeds, the Marshal directs the draft to the Sejm.
