Germany is inactive below NATO's financial target... and capabilities [COMMENTARY]

Even with a peculiar fund of EUR 100 billion for the Bundeswehr, Germany will most likely stay below NATO's goal of defending 2 percent of gross home product - writes the paper portal "Rheinische Post", citing the findings of the German economical Institute (IW). However, it can be much worse after the period of validity of the fund.
