The Germans changed the possession and distribution of kid pornography from crime to specified misconduct. Minimum sentences were besides reduced. The fresh bill is approved by pedophile organizations. Germany has long been subjected to dictatorships of sexual minorities. In 20 years they've gone from homo-union to mild punishment for pedophilia.
Why fresh regulations?
Official motives are, to put it mildly, far-fetched. The point is, more and more teenagers are reaching for pornography. Moreover, they make it themselves, frequently before they scope maturity. They send each another pictures and recordings. Therefore, the legislator believes that reducing kid pornography penalties will aid these teenagers. The second authoritative reason is to support people who specifically get kid pornography to turn it over to the police. 1 could realize specified an effort to scope out to pedophilia hunters, if it were not for the fact that changes in law go much further. due to the fact that the sentences were besides reduced: for possession pedophile materials – minimum 3 months of detention, for distribution – six months. Until now, the minimum conviction was 1 year.
And that's not all. As the fresh bill reduced the rank of these disgusting crimes to a specified misdemeanor, the D.A. can drop the full case if the suspect was not previously convicted of pedophilia. Young people and informants are about to benefit. Theoretically. How does that work? The bill does not introduce circumstantial exceptions to who to punish and who not. So just as well, the fresh pedophile, who first gets kid pornography, will not be punished. A loophole in the law or a deliberately left gate? hard to say.
Who objected?
But not everyone in Germany is facing a fresh bill. The Christian-Democratic Union (CDU) and the Bavarian Christian-Social Union (CSU) have explicitly condemned changes in legislation. The groups issued a declaration that reads: Distribution, possession and acquisition of kid pornography must stay classified as crimes. It is worth noting that European Union law clearly classifies pedophile crimes as crimes, as recalled by the president of the association “German Aid to Children”, Rainer Becker.
Pedophiles are happy
If anyone has doubts as to whether a fresh law should be opposed, it is worth examining what the curious persons themselves think. And these are delighted. German activists from the Krumme-13 (or K13) pro-pedophile group already praised the change in regulations. They advocate the complete legalization of pedophilia, so they consider the fresh kid Pornography Act as a step in the right direction. It is as if the wolf praised the shepherd's installation of new, weaker safeguards. Something's not right here. Either the shepherd is stupid, what a wolf can handle, or he is simply a wolf himself.
Degenerated Country
It's a damnable case, but it's not surprising. due to the fact that Germany has long created a law conducive to sexual perversion. First the legalization of monosexual unions in 2001, then the adoption of children by homosexual couples in 2005. I think only the Netherlands was worse, which both nasty legalizations carried out wholesale in 2001. It is no wonder that the government favoring sexual perversion decides to follow the blow and introduce further laws worthy of Sodom. So who else is there to please? Gays happy, pedophiles almost happy, can inactive satisfy necrophiles?
