Germany: serious weaknesses of the Bundeswehr have been revealed

In a confidential paper to which the diary "Sueddeutsche Zeitung" (SZ) reached, the national Ministry of Defence confirmed the deficiency of operational readiness of the troops. The army is presently hard to meet even global obligations.
