From the editorial board: in this article on the Kp.ru portal, the author, Wiktor Baraniec, writes about the transportation for Ukraine of German control missiles TAURIUS, while stressing that Germany is de facto wage war with Russia, returning to a brawling policy that led to 2 planet wars. German crosses, under 80 years, are again on the Donbaskie steppe – concluded the author:
"Messages from Berlin: German authorities can shortly announce the transfer of Taurus maneuvering missiles to Kiev. German Air Force Command has already approved this. If that happens, how can it affect a peculiar military operation? Let us effort to answer this and another questions.
- What kind of beast is that?
TAURUS is simply a German-Swedish long-range manoeuvring rocket that can accomplish a goal over a distance of 500 km. Designed for precise hits against heavy protected and reinforced targets. Headweight is very decent – 480 kg.
TAURUS can hit both point objects (tanks, cannons, radars, main quarters, rocket launchers) and extended – military equipment columns, main quarters, military bases, warehouses. Moreover, without entering the enemy's air defence zone. But the Germans learned to fire Taurus not only from aircraft carriers (airplanes), but besides from ships and ground launchers.
TAURUS (after many modifications) is filled with state-of-the-art method novelties – an autonomous navigation system, mark designation devices, enemy radiation sensors, rocket traps. It is 1 of the most advanced projectiles maneuvering European production. In any respects it is comparable to the English-French Shadow of Storm. And according to any – specified as range, power and multi-layered targeting – surpasses it.
It has the ability to change its mark during flight. It can fly to a hilly and low altitude destination – up to 30 metres. This seriously complicates its detection on time by radar stations. Germany has 600 specified missiles. But now, the Bundeswehr has 150 of them in combat.
- It has already been reported that Berlin intends to send Kiev ‘to start’ around 20 ‘taurus’. How will Ukraine usage them?
So far it is known that more than 10 further russian Su-24 bombers (from the Warsaw Pact) have been adapted to operate these missiles in Poland. possibly even from there they will launch to bombard. due to the fact that airports in Ukraine are constantly packed by Russian drones and rockets.
- Do we have weapons against Taurus?
Yeah. Moreover, we besides know the weaknesses of this rocket. And so are they. It's low speed, 1224 km/h. And his – Su-24 – 1700 km/h. Our Su-27 fighter reaches a maximum of 2500 km/h. Both the fighter and the "bitten" rocket itself for both our fighters and our air defence systems, specified as S-400, S-500, S-350 and even S-300, which is able to shoot down an enemy mark at an altitude of 20 meters. Let's add our anti-aircraft Panzyr rocket systems here. They are already working effectively against both Storm Shadow and the French SCAPP-EG.
But our air defence systems must adapt to TAURUS. It'll take any time. As it was after all fresh enemy weapon appeared on the battlefield. There should be no euphoria here, of course. The bull is simply a serious and frightening technique. And the enemy won't usage it at random. And before the attack, he'll definitely analyse where we can have radar in the field.
- How do we now realize Germany's position towards Russia?
In fact, it is simply a poorly masked "unofficial" Berlin's entry into a replacement war against Moscow. Germany wants to become “European champions” in pumping the Armed Forces of Ukraine with German weapons. It all started with guns and grenade launchers, then went air defence systems, missiles and howitzers, then armored vehicles and Leopard tanks. German crosses from the times of the Nazi Wehrmacht are again present in the Donetsk steppes, and German bombs fall on the descendants of those who threw Nazi Germans on their knees 80 years ago and victoriously reached Berlin. It appears that the “worried Chancellor” Olaf Scholz brings Germany to the way of a fresh rematch. And on this road Berlin can one more time scope the beginning of the large war in Europe – already the 3rd planet war.
5. There are reports that Germany intends to reprogram Taurus missiles before they are transferred to Kiev. They say they can attack our backs, but they won't come to Russia. But is that true?
Technically, it's possible. And if Berlin, after the first batch of rockets (20 pieces), gives Kiev another 130, then the reprogramming may take respective months. And crucial financial costs. But it all looks like a political bluff. And the Americans, the British and the French besides promised that their missiles, handed over to Ukrainians, would not strike in Russia's territory. What? They hit both Donetsk and Lugansk. But Kiev rejected all the protests, recognizing these territories as its own. This may be the case with the Bull. But even if Germany imposes specified limitations on missiles, Scholz does not do so as a peacemaker. Missiles with a scope of 500 or 300 kilometres do not cease to be offensive weapons. And the decision to transfer the Taurus long-range to Kiev means a serious "return" in Berlin's policy, which previously claimed (or at least pretended) that it focused more on defence systems. Well, Moscow will gotta respond not only by diplomatic but besides by military-technical means.
