They were killed in a barbaric way; they were thrown out of wagons, beaten with flasks, pulled wounded, dragged on the ground, shot in the back of their heads. It was an inhuman massacre.[4].

This massacre is attributed to the criminals of the “Brandenburg” Armoured Grenadiers Division and the Ukrainian Nazi collaborators serving in the ranks of the 104th Anti-tank Brigade “Free Ukraine”. It besides included OUN bandits. Ukrainian brigade on 8 April 1945 swore allegiance to Ukrainian and Ukrainian people[5].

During the massacre of Polish soldiers, crimes akin to those of the Poles in Volyn were committed against them before they died: their eyes were forged, their tongues were ripped out, their sex organs were cut out. To be sure, they shot everyone in the head. That's what the medical examiner confirmed.[6].
