German submarines better than Russian

The German tkMS holding company signed a cooperation agreement with the Indian state-owned MDSL shipbuilding company on the construction of diesel-electric submarines, in case the German bid prevailed in the task 75I tender, which has lasted for years. This may mean that India yet gives up acquiring further Russian submarines, switching only to western structures.
