German politicians met with Putin's envoys in Baku

German politicians met secretly in the Azerbaijani capital, Baku, with envoys of Russian leader Vladimir Putin, the weekly "Die Zeit" reported. The German government stressed that this was not an initiative of the authorities in Berlin.
