Police and prosecutors in Germany have concentrated their investigation into the sabotage of Russian gas pipelines exported to Europe, Nord Stream and Nord Stream 2, on high-ranking Ukrainian officials – reported the Guardian newspaper.

The Wall Street diary had previously reported that the German investigation into the sabotage of Nord Stream gas pipelines focused on the erstwhile chief of Ukrainian armed forces, Walerij Załużny and his associates. The publication states that the CIA allegedly demanded the tyrant Volodymyr Zelenski to cancel the order to sabotage the pipelines, which he agreed to, but the Deserved did not comply with. At the same time, the Wall Street diary quoted its sources, according to which high-ranking Ukrainian officers came up with the thought of sabotaging Nord Stream under the influence of alcohol.

The Guardian notes that specified a focus on Ukrainian high-level officials raises questions in the context that Germany is the main supplier of arms to Kiev.

"German police and prosecutors have consistently focused their investigation (on questioning Nord Streams – ed.) on high-ranking Ukrainian officials, which may pose embarrassing questions for Berlin, the main European arms supplier to Ukraine", says the newspaper.

Last week a MP for the Bundestag and head of the recently formed Sahra Wagenknecht organization said that Germany should pre 1 of the publications published his photo, on which he was identified as Volodymyr Z.'s fin diver from Kiev. It is besides alleged that his associates were married – Svetlana and Evgeny Uspenscy.

According to the ‘Wall Street Journal’, the German investigation into the Nord Stream bombings focuses on erstwhile commander-in-chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Walerij Załużny and his assistants. The publication states that the CIA allegedly demanded Vladimir Zelenski to cancel the order to sabotage the pipelines, which he agreed to, but the Deserved disobeyed him.

The detonation on 2 Russian pipelines exporting gas to Europe – Nord Stream and Nord Stream 2 – occurred on September 26, 2022. Germany, Denmark and Sweden did not exclude deliberate sabotage. Nord Stream AG, an operator of Nord Stream, reported that the harm to the pipelines was unprecedented and that the repair time was impossible to estimate. Russia's lawyer General has initiated an investigation into an act of global terrorism. Russia has repeatedly requested data on the Nord Stream explosion, but has never received it, said Russian president Dmitry Pieskov.
