German Intelligence amazed by Wagner Group Rebellion

German Chancellor Olaf Scholz admitted that the national Intelligence Service (BND) was taken by surprise by the revolt of the mercenary Wagner Group in Russia. Services in Germany “obviously did not know about it before,” Scholz said Wednesday on ARD television's “maischberger” program.
