Gen. Kellogg: US must reset relations with Russia

In his speech at a conference held in Washington, D.C. by the Council on abroad Relations (CFR), Kellogg outlined Trump's administration strategy, which is guided by its approach to war. As he stated, America is abandoning the current approach in which it favoured 1 of the parties, alternatively it simply wants to end the fight.
