"If a soldier shoots at a mark in the trench, firecrackers detonate next to him, a tank rides at the back, and at a metre above his head, a combat ammunition is fired to get utilized to the whistling of bullets... this is simply a realistic training," says Gen. Jarosław Gromadziński, Counsellor of the Chief of General Staff of the HR on training of Ukrainian soldiers, who was dealt with as Deputy Commander of safety Assistance Group - Ukraine (SAG-U). As he emphasizes, the experience of this activity in Poland should be implemented as shortly as possible, especially regarding the change of reasoning about reserves. “We should think about creating a Reserve Corps. These would be trained, ready-made subunits that train together. Same people meet. These are ready-made operating modules."
