The Head of the Chief Board of Intelligence of the Ministry of Defence of Ukraine (ukr. Hołówny produktry of the Ministry of Oborony of U Krajina, HUR) is an highly busy man even in peace. Therefore, the anticipation of having a conversation with Lieutenant-General Kyrylo Budanov standing at the head of this institution a fewer days before the 3rd anniversary of the Russian invasion of Ukraine is peculiarly valuable to us.
