In fresh weeks, Chief of Military Intelligence Ukraine General Kyrylo Budanow became 1 of the main commentators of state affairs over the Dniepre. He first revealed that Kiev was conducting secret negotiations with Minsk and tried to prevent Lukashenko's engagement in the war.
