- The flat was a council flat, Mr Jerzy was its tenant. He did not have money to pay it regularly (...). In 2010, he asked me for a debt to buy it out so that the monthly costs would be lower - said Karol Nawrocki, president of the Institute of National Remembrance and PiS candidate for president, in a recording on his Facebook profile, in which he explained the substance of Jerzy Ż.'s studio apartment, which he took over in 2017. Now "Gazeta Wyborcza" reveals that the debt was to be granted for 20 percent.
