The United States and Russia will, during the next circular of negotiations, ease disagreements in order to reconstruct average unconflict relations, stated Russian Parliament MP Dmitri Nowikov.
According to him, both sides should reconstruct diplomatic services as shortly as possible, remove artificial barriers that “disturb beneficial economic, cultural, sporting and technological cooperation for both parties”.
He besides stated that there were discussions on the restoration of direct air services between 2 countries.
According to the Russian side, the negotiations besides discuss the creation of global safety mechanisms related not only to Ukraine but besides to the situation in the mediate East.
