In the British Parliament loudly resound certificates that should shake all civilized society. During the presentation of the results of the independent investigation into immigrant gangs of rapists, Mr Rupert Lowe cited the relationships of women who have been raped, sexually abused, intimidated and sold as minors for years. Recordings of his speech rapidly swept the Internet, causing shock and anger to the public.
Gangs of immigrant rapists have been terrorizing English streets for years. The most frightening, however, is not the cruelty of the perpetrators themselves, but the behaviour of British institutions, which for years did not want to face the fact and fight against it. Moreover, they denied his existence.
There have long been accusations that police, local governments, social workers and politicians ignored informing signals. In many cities of England, victims were disregarded, and their evidence was considered unbelievable. The girls were referred to as “failing problems” while their torturers remained unpunished. Subsequent reports showed serious negligence by kid protection institutions.
The question of conduct of investigations and criminal proceedings remains peculiarly controversial. In many loud cases, including Rotherham, Rochdale, or Oldham, the convicts were dominated by Pakistani men. Over the years, anyone who paid attention to this fact risked charging with racism or Islamophobia. Meanwhile, the audit prepared under Louise Casey indicated that the cultural origin of the perpetrators was ‘overpassed’ by the institutions, and alternatively of a reliable examination of the problem, there was a ‘dark image of the situation’, which led to obstruction of police action.
It is here that the most serious charge arises against the British establishment. Protecting their image and fear of social tensions seemed more crucial to any officials than the safety of children and women. In practice, this meant that uncomfortable questions were put aside and victims were left to themselves, in the name of false tolerance and multi-kulti.
Over the years, left-wing politicians have argued that the problem should only be analysed through the prism of sexual crime, avoiding discussions about the cultural or environmental conditions of rape gangs. In the meantime, it was a form of political correctness that hindered full knowing of the phenomenon and effective reaction of the state. If an immigrant community were taken into the spotlight as a high-risk group, many gangs would be broken up before committing any of the crimes.
Certain patterns in circumstantial cases deserve a fair examination. 1 is the association of immigrants with mass rapes and another acts of violence, which makes them a hazard group, as are the sodomites who are an increased hazard group for HIV infection. The state should not choose which facts are politically convenient and which should be withheld in the name of left-wing utopia.
Today's outrage with British public is due to the feeling that for years the fact has been hidden behind a veil of bureaucratic excuses and political correctness. Even government reports acknowledged that many erstwhile recommendations on kid protection had not been implemented.
The stories presented by surviving women are not simply a evidence to the savagery of criminals. They are besides an act of accusation against institutions that had an work to defend them. Each subsequent account reminds us that the biggest failure of the state is not the existence of criminals. It is simply a situation where power knows the problem, but for years it has no courage to name it. Therefore, the most crucial question present is not how many perpetrators will inactive be convicted. It reads: Why have thousands of girls had to endure for so many years in the name of multi-culti ideology?
