Warsaw merchants from the buying centre at 6D Modlińska Street are victims of the violent actions of an organized crime group composed of Chechens. Deputy talker of the Sejm Krzysztof Bosak alarms: “The judgments of the courts are not binding here, people are beaten and the police are getting out of the way to the immigrant mafias”.
Merchants intimidated and attacked
Traders, mostly Poles and Vietnamese, were forced to decision to Modlinska 6D after the Marvilska 44 marketplace fire in May 2024. The fire attributed to the Russian services destroyed their workplace. At their own expense they adapted the fresh hall, which began operating in October 2024.
Since January 2025, however, they have been harassed by Chechen “protectors” acting on behalf of the facility manager. According to the merchants' accounts, attackers usage physical violence, machetes, and knuckles to intimidate tenants and prevent them from operating.
Retirement intervention and further attacks
Last week, during the bailout, there were clashes involving gang members. PiS MP Paweł Jabłoński reported on platform X about subsequent incidents:
"Modlinska 6D. The drama of merchants whose Chechen gang threw out of the mall they rented. present they set a deadline for a twelve people to take the goods distant – but erstwhile they realized that merchants had legal support, they refused to let them into the facility.”.
Bosak accuses the authorities of Warsaw
Television Republic has besides made the substance public. Krzysztof Bosak, the Confederate leader, commented on the situation:
"Welcome to Warsaw Trzaskowski. The court rulings here do not apply, people are beaten, and the police supervised by organization president's colleagues are getting out of the way to the immigrant mafia. Unfortunately, the material is not exaggerated. These people are intimidated and looking for help, they came to us too. Unfortunately, in Warsaw there is already fear of these Chechens and nobody wants to contact the matter”.

Will the authorities react?
The substance is becoming increasingly outraged, but so far no decisive action has been taken by the authorities. The merchants stay unassisted, and the gang continues to operate unpunished. Will state institutions yet intervene?
