According to Ukrainian Truth, Igor Girkin a.k.a. Strielkov, erstwhile head of the alleged Ministry of Defence of the Donetsk People's Republic wants to run in the Russian presidential election. In fresh months, Girkin has become a fierce critic of Putin, leading to his arrest.
