As Russian opposition politician Mikhail Chodorkowski stated in an interview with the UNIAN agency, the Vainner Leader Evgeny Prigożyn and Ramzan Kadyrov are seeking to overthrow the Defence Minister Sergei Szojgu. According to him, Prigovyn had long wanted to take control of the financial flows of the Ministry of Defence of the Russian Federation. Chodorkowski noted that the alliance of Kadyrov, Prigożyn, Viktor Zolotov and the shareholder of the “Russia” bank Yuri Kowalczuk was formed in front of Putin. They openly criticize the Russian Ministry of Defence for the failures on the front and the failures in mobilization.
