French complements of the Caesars in place of donations to Ukraine

The French Armed Forces Directorate-General (DGA) informed of the transfer of six CAESAR Mk1 (6x6) artillery systems to replace those transferred to Ukraine. Thus, the assumptions for 2023 were met.
